Our Services

This is one of our primary services we provide. We will attend your public event such as a "Run to end MS" fundraiser and bring out our characters for your guests to pose and take pictures with and/or some flashier things like Mavericks Fighter Weapon School, A Family Feud style game, or something else.

For these events we need as much advanced notice and full details of time, place, other functions going on etc so we can plan and have volunteers book the day accordingly. 

Are you looking for some heroes, villains or maybe some princesses for someone specials birthday or a private (not open to the general public) event such as an office party? 

We are NOT a birthday party service but we are connected to many private / independent roleplay character impersonators who we can put you in touch with "Through us" at first to keep everyone's information confidential to find you the right Character(s) for your event.

This NOT being a business transaction between you and us commercially it is still a PAID service that will be negotiated through us with you and your character(s).

We will supply a Character handler/Photographer to accompany the cosplayer and take pictures while they're on scene to allow you to focus on other things. The handler will also be assisting the Character with any getting dressed/undressed, any assistance with duties or performances and of course helping keep the kids on track of believing they are the real deal. 

We love to be comic con guests and cosplay contest judges as our knowledge is vast and skills abundant.

We have also had characters provided as Con Ambassadors in the media, EEMC for ceremonies, or been VIP for some specific events relative to those requests.

To provide these services we need as much notice in advance as possible to have volunteers book the days and prepare. If its out of our city and for more then one day the usual guest standard provided has been things like:

 1. "hotel rooms" sufficient for our members (room for boys, room for girls) 

2. Travel expenses (gas if we are taking our own vehicle(s), meals provided or small allowance to ensure a nighty dinner.

3. a Booth or floor area in which we can setup our displays and chairs for interacting with the guests and being able to showcase our things and services.

or other necessities that can be discussed / negotiated depending on the specifics of the function.
